I don't know about you,but here it is raining and raining and raining. Normaly I like rainy days,because you can wear hoodies and can laze the whole day ;)

While I was studying spanish for the next school year, I had the idea of baking. You have to know that I'm a totally freak of baking cupcakes or cakes. And the more curious the more I love them.
So today I want to show you this amazing cookie cupcakes. You can't eat more than one cupcake, but it totally worth it.

Soooo this is all you need:
cookie dough filling:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 tabelspoons unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tabelspoons granulated white sugar
2 tabelspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tabelspoon salt

1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Frosting:
3/4 cup salted butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tabelspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 mini chocolate chips cookies
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

What you have to do :
1. Do the cookie dough filling:
- Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl
- Stir the butter, sugars,milk and vanillatogether with the use of an electric mixer in a other big bowl
-Fill the content from the small bowl in the big bowl and the chocolate chips
-refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes
-Scoop out dough in 2 tabelspoon scoops
- Place it on a cookie sheet
-Freeze until firm
2. Prepare the cupcakes:
-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
-Line a cupcake pan (12 liners)
-Interferenz the flour,cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt
-Add water,oil, egg and vanilla
-Blend to combine until all is well mixed
-Distribute it between the 12 cupcake liners
-Drop a ball of frozen chocolate chip cookie dough into the center of each cupcake
-Bake the cupcakes for 20 to 25 minutes

4. Assemble:
- Put the frosting on the cupcakes with a knife or piping bag
-Garnish with the small chocolate chip cookies
